3. Geomembrane inspection; the sampled composite geomembrane coils will be inspected for specifications and appearance quality.

4. Among the composite geomembrane coils with qualified appearance quality. Cut a sample of 1m long composite geomembrane at a distance of 300mm from the end of each roll and seal it. Submit for inspection for physical performance determination.

5. The cemented composite geomembrane is an indispensable supporting composite geomembrane in the composite geomembrane. , So it must be sampled together with the coil. Sampling method is based on the ratio of coil materials. Factory in the same batch. Asphalt of the same specification and label is sampled with 20 tons as a sampling unit. Less than 20 tons per sampling unit. The composite geomembrane of the same specification, variety and brand shall be a batch of 10 tons. Those less than 10 tons shall be randomly inspected in batches. Take a 2kg sample, seal the number and send it for inspection.

7. Two-component polyurethane contains 5 tons of component A in one batch. Less than 5 tons are also counted as one batch; for component B, the batch will be increased correspondingly according to the product weight ratio. The total amount of samples of components A and B is 2kg. Send for inspection after sealing the sample number.

8. Single-component products are made in batches of 3000 pieces of the same grade and type. Less than 3,000 pieces are also included as a batch.

9. Two-component products are made in batches of 1 ton of the same grade and type. Less than 1 ton shall be inspected in one batch; for component B, the batch shall be increased correspondingly according to the weight ratio of the product. After the sample is sealed and numbered, it is sent for inspection.

Any imported waterproof composite geomembrane that enters the site should have the country’s national standards, factory standards, technical indicators, product manuals, and re-inspection reports from relevant Chinese authorities. On-site random inspection personnel shall conduct random inspections in accordance with the above-mentioned methods for coils, coatings, sealing pastes, etc.
